Cayla Meredith is the founder of the Move to Heal Project and hosts the "Let's Talk About Trauma" Podcast. The Move to Heal Project was a vision that came to Cayla, after reflecting back on the lowest points of her life and her experiences with childhood trauma. The Move to Heal Project began as a blog for people from all over the world to share their stories and now it has become a space to explore healing.

Facilitator Bios:

Raeshelle Morris-Griffith is an Innovation Program Manager for the Office of Research & Innovation at Humber College. She holds a Masters in Leadership from the University of Guelph, a double major honours Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario and is also a certified project manager (PMP). She is trained in Creative Problem Solving, Values-Based Innovation through Values- Perspectives, Design Thinking, Change Management and Human-Centred Design. She has also obtained her Black Belt in Innovation Strategy Management through Innovation 360, which has equipped her to facilitate organizational design and transformation.

Juan Felipe Garcia An engineer by education, Felipe attained his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Los Andes, Colombia, in 2018. His desire to pursue Project Management and his enthusiasm to explore the world beyond Colombia landed him in Canada in December 2019. He then acquired his post-graduate certificate in Project Management from Centennial College School of Business in 2020. Juan joined the ORI team as a Project Analyst, NSERC in 2022.
