The 5th Annual LAS Conference (Urban Experiences) kicks off this Friday, October 3, with a Keynote Address (4 pm, Seventh Semester) by teacher, writer, and architect Ken Greenberg. The keynote will be followed by a reception in the Humber Room, featuring urban-themed photography by Humber faculty members. Faculty presentations follow on Saturday, October 4, 2014.

Put your culinary skills to the test with Nestlé Professional® MINOR’S® Food Truck Challenge . . .

The School of Hospitality, Recreation and Tourism is pleased to announce special guest Chef Adam Cowan, Corporate Chef of Nestlé Professional will be at the North Campus concourse area serving up flavorful Food Truck inspired dishes complements of Nestlé Professional® MINOR’S.

Chef Cowan will also reveal the details of the Nestlé Professional®MINOR’S Food Truck Challenge where three students will be selected to compete in a head-to-head culinary competition

On Nov. 14th to win one of three prizes ranging from $500 - $1000.
