CONFIRMATION OF ENROLMENT/GRADUATION (COE/COG)

Showing off your Humber pride has never been easier. For your convenience, you can view and print your official Confirmation of Enrolment and/or Confirmation of Graduation documents on MyHumber.

The Office of the Registrar can also confirm student status for RESPs, Employment, Loans, Scholarships, and more.

Confirmation of Enrolment/Confirmation of Graduation

These documents will no longer be mailed out, however, through MyHumber, you can view and print your COE/COG documents and other Humber transcripts immediately.

Simply follow these three easy steps:

  1. Log in to MyHumber
  2. Click the Student tab, and then the Student Records tab.
  3. Click Confirmation of Enrolment/Confirmation of Graduation to view and print your required documents.

Third Party Delivery

The Office of the Registrar can also arrange for your COE/COG to be sent directly to a third party. Please email transcripts@humber.ca specifying the type of document you require (COE or COG), along with your full name, Humber username, primary phone number, and the mailing address(es) where you’d like it sent.

Note: OSAP students do not need the COE document for OSAP. Please refer to our OSAP page for more information on supporting documents for OSAP approval.

Educational Verification Forms (for RESPs, Employment, Loans, Scholarships, etc.)

The Office of the Registrar can confirm your student status via one of the two methods listed below:

  1. Scan the document that needs to be filled out and email it to graduation@humber.ca with “Education Verification” as the subject. Include your full name, Humber username, your contact information, and whether you would like the verification mailed, emailed or held at the Office of the Registrar for pick-up.
  2. Bring the document that needs to be filled out to the main desk at the Office of the Registrar (North Campus – first floor of the Learning Resource Commons (LRC) and Lakeshore Campus – first floor of the Welcome Centre (WEL106).

Note: Before the form can be filled out, your tuition deposit must be paid and you must be registered for your courses.

All educational verification form completion requests will be completed within 3-5 business days.
