What type of health insurance do international students have?

International students at Humber are covered by two insurance plans:

International OHIP Alternative: This covers services such as hospitals, walk-in clinics, emergency room visits and medical services. This insurance is bought per academic year and is managed by Humber’s International Centre.

IGNITE Extended Health and Dental: This covers prescription medications, dental, vision, extended health, etc. This insurance is bought by semester. Please contact IGNITE (Humber's student government) for more information about this portion of the coverage: info@ignitestudentlife.com
