On-Campus Residence
Humber provides on-campus residence for more than 1,700 students. Applying for a room in residence is a simple process. Once you have accepted your Humber program offer, you may apply to live in residence with the International Student Residence Application form.
The rental term is aligned with the academic year, so students only need to pay for the 8 months they're studying. Students also have the option to extend their stay into the summer. 99% of Humber Residence bedrooms are private, and residence fees include everything except your cell phone! On-campus housing is limited and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you receive a room offer, you will be required to pay a $500 non-refundable residence deposit through the Residence Portal to secure the room. Living off-campus is a big step, especially when you're adjusting to life in a new country. Whether you're looking to live with roommates, what your budget is, or how long of rental agreement you're looking for, our Off-Campus Housing website provides options for a variety of accommodation types, including student co-living units, private bedrooms within shared homes, entire apartments or houses, and homestays.
