Vladimira and Rossie have nurtured Humber talent by preparing them to enter the real world as the changing force.
In over five years of incorporating education for sustainability within the curriculum, Vladimira Steffek and Rossie Kadiyska have developed and wrote six local, Humber alumni inspired, case studies, focusing on sustainability in fashion and have taught those in the classroom through systems design thinking, EDI lens and collaborative online international learning experiences. Two published cases are on Bloomsbury Fashion Database.
Throughout the process of constructing the projects and mentoring students in multiple competitions, Vladimira and Rossie have successfully shared inspirational journeys of Humber alumni and sparked Humber students' curiosity on sustainability in fashion. Vladimira and Rossie have nurtured Humber talent by preparing them to enter the real world as the changing force.
