As an esteemed member of Humber’s Executive team for over ten years, Jason has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and amongst some of his greatest achievements have been his commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. He has consistently encouraged collaboration, open communication and respect among team members. In addition, he has championed the work around EDI and the incorporation of Indigenous Ways of Being, Knowing and Doing, leading to the establishment of Humber's first Vice-President of Inclusion and Belonging role; consistently contributed to the sector by actively participating in a variety of committees in several capacities including Chair of the Coordinating Committee of Vice Presidents Students (CCVPS) and as a member of the OCAA Board; readily assumed the role of Interim President during the transition from President Whitaker to President Vaughan and; assumed additional responsibilities in support of the Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness (HROE) team while the search for the College’s new Vice-President People(s) and Culture was underway.
