Document Records: Upload Employee Identification

Learn how to upload employee identification documents in HRMS.

Steps

  1. Sign into the HRMS using your single sign-on ID and password.
  2. Click on ‘Personal Information’.
  3. Click on ‘Document Records’.
  4. Click the ‘Add (+)’ button on the top right of the page.
  5. Under Document Type, type in ‘Employee Identification’ and select it from the drop-down menu.
  6. Fill in all the relevant details for the document type.
  7. Click ‘Add Attachment’ to upload your document.
  8. Click ‘Submit’ to complete the process.
