View, Download, and Print Payslips

Learn how to perform this action in the HRMS.

A Guided Learning (GL) flow exists for this lesson. To learn this lesson within the system, follow the steps below:

1. Log into HRMS and click on the GL widget.

2. From the GL widget, use the search box to find “View Payslip (Employee)”flow.

Steps

  1. Sign in to the HRMS using your single sign-on ID and password
  2. Click on ‘Pay’.
  3. Click on ‘Payslips’.
  4. From the ‘Details’ dropdown box, select the (3 months, 12 months, or a specific date range) for which you want to review the payslips.
  5. Payslips details are displayed on the page.
  6. Click on the ‘Payslip’
  7. Click on ‘Open’. The payslip will display to view, download, or print if required 

Note: To access payslips from before August 5, 2019 please click ‘Tools’ from the Springboard and then click ‘Payslips before August 5, 2019′. Follow the instructions on the archived payslips site. Alternately, go directly to the Legacy Payslips.
