Document Records: Upload Employee Identification

Learn how to upload employee identification documents in HRMS.

Steps

1. Sign into the HRMS using your single sign-on ID and password.

2. Click on ‘My Client Groups’.

3. Select ‘Person Management’.

4. Enter the employee’s Name or Person Number to locate their profile.

5. Once you open the profile, click on ‘Document Records’ from the Tasks list.

6. Click the ‘Add (+)’ button on the top right of the page.

7. Under Document Type, type in ‘Employee Identification’ and select it from the drop-down menu.

8. Fill in all the relevant details for the document type.

9. Click ‘Add Attachment’ to upload the supporting document.

10. Click ‘Submit’ to complete the process.
