How to Review My Teams Available Absence Plans & Balances 

Learn how to perform this action in the HRMS.

Steps

  1. Sign in to the HRMS using your single sign-on ID and password.   
  2. Click on the ‘My Team’ tab on the Springboard.  
  3. Under the ‘Quick Actions’ menu, select ‘Show More’ 
  4. Under the ‘Absence’ section, select ‘Absence Balance’ 
  5. Select the Employee you wish to review from the populated list by selecting their name.  
  6. The Employees available absence plans and balances will automatically populate as of today’s date.
  7. Select the plan you wish to view by clicking on the absence plan name.
