Simulation Session 2: Commercial Real Estate Transactions is available to learners as a weekday or weekend session. The interactive facilitated component is delivered online or in-person, note the location options below. Assessments (exam) can be scheduled at an in-person test-center or virtually proctored during the exam period defined for each section.

How to Schedule A Simulation Session

• Click View Details for each session listed below to display the section schedule.
• Checkout will prompt you to login to your account if not logged in already. Click the Book Exam button during the checkout process to reserve your exam seat. Follow the prompts on screen to select an exam center, date, and time. Be sure to click on Book Timeslot after making your selection.
• View a general timetable of exam time slots by location. All locations/dates are subject to availability and/or change.
• Only available exam options are displayed during the booking process. If an exam slot is full, or not offered during the exam date range, it will not be displayed.
• The selected option is confirmed upon completion of the payment transaction.
