To be eligible to renew your registration at the end of your initial two-year registration cycle with RECO, you must complete the Post-Registration Phase. This phase includes one mandatory Compliance course and your choice of any two out of five available electives. You will have a maximum of 24 months to complete your Post-Registration Phase. This includes up to 4 weeks access per course. There are no extensions for this phase. Please consult RECO if you are unable to meet the required timeline.

This course reviews key obligations under TRESA that impact the day-to-day activities of a broker or salesperson trading in real estate and representing buyer and seller clients. It also reviews offers, deposits, and related obligations. In addition, the course reviews other laws that relate to trading activities.
