Important Policies

Late Entry Not Permitted: For your safety and out of respect for the instructor and fellow participants, late entry is not permitted once the class has started. The first five minutes include essential safety instructions, a class overview, and warm-up exercises. Your punctuality helps ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone.
