Please note that the Fitness Centre will be closed on all statutory holidays that Humber is closed and therefore no classes will run on those days.

 

In-Person Group Exercise Classes

  • Class sizes are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • For Bounce classes, please reserve your boots in advance at the Cardio Room Customer Service Desk to ensure availability in your size.
  • Please arrive on time - safety instructions and warm-ups take place at the beginning of each class.  Late entry is at the instructor's discretion, and doors may be locked once class begins.
