We ask that you consult with your physican or healthcare professional before starting any fitness program to know if it's right for you. Particularly if you or someone in your family has a history of high blood pressure or heart disease. If you have ever experienced chest pain when exercising or have experienced chest pain in the last month when you have not enaged in physical activity. If you smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physcial activity. Do not start a fitness program if you physician or healthcare provider advises against it. If you experience dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.
