Fall 2025 Fitness Class Schedule
*Please note the facility will close on Tuesday, September 2nd at 5pm for staff training - Tuesday night classes will begin on September 9th*
Please note that the Fitness Centre will be closed on all statutory holidays that Humber is closed and therefore no classes will run on those days.
In-Person Group Exercise Classes
- Class sizes are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- For Bounce classes, please reserve your boots in advance at the Cardio Room Customer Service Desk to ensure availability in your size.
- Please arrive on time - safety instructions and warm-ups take place at the beginning of each class. Late entry is at the instructor's discretion, and doors may be locked once class begins.
