In-Person Group Exercise classes - class sizes may be limited. All in-person classes will be on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Our Spring/Summer schedule begins Monday, April 25th and runs to Friday, September 2nd. 

The Fall schedule will begin Tuesday, September 6th and will be posted on Friday, September 2nd.

Virtual classes are available on Zoom. Please check out our Virtual Schedule.
