Are your classes drop-in or do I need to register? Our group fitness classes operate on a drop-in basis, allowing you to join as space permits. To secure your spot, arrive a few minutes early – we can't wait to welcome you!
What do I need to bring to my class? Get ready to sweat in comfortable workout attire and bring your enthusiasm! Don't forget your running shoes and a water bottle to stay hydrated. For yoga classes, feel free to bring your mat or use one of ours.
Are there any special etiquette guidelines I should follow? Let's make the most of our group fitness camaraderie! During class, let's focus on the experience together, putting phones aside. Cheering and singing along are encouraged, but please clean up after yourself and follow the instructor's guidance for a seamless experience.
