Certificate of Accomplishment | REHI001

The Real Estate Home Inspection Certificate, offered in partnership with Carson Dunlop, provides students with the specialized training required to succeed as professional home inspectors. This program follows curriculum standards recognized by the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and supports progression toward the Registered Home Inspector (RHI) designation.

Learners develop in-depth knowledge of residential construction and inspection practices including roofing, structures, exteriors, interiors, plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling and insulation systems. Practical training emphasizes accurate report writing, ethical decision-making, and clear communication with clients and real estate professionals.
