Award Compensation (One Time Payment) – Present and Future-dated

1. Log into HRMS and click on the blue Guided Learning (GL) tab, located on the right.
2. In the GL search box, type “Award Compensation – One Time Payment (Manager)”.

This knowledge article will show you how to award a one time payment.
1. Sign onto HRMS using your single sign-on ID and password.
2. Click on ‘My Client Groups’ tab.
3. Click on ‘Person Management’ icon.
4. Enter ‘Effective as of Date’.
5. Enter ‘+ Add’.
6. Select a ‘Plan’ and an ‘Option’.
Note: Comple the additional manadatory fields, as needed. Click ‘Show Plan Info’ for more details.
7. Click ‘OK’.
8. Click ‘Continue’.
9. Complete the ‘Comments and Attachments’ section, as needed.
10. Click ‘Submit’.
