Award Compensation (One Time Payment) – Present and Future-dated

Steps

This knowledge article will show you how to award a one time payment.

1. Sign in to the HRMS using your single sign-on ID and password.

2. Click on ‘My Team’ tab.

3. Click on ‘My Team’ icon.

4. Find the employee and click on ‘(…)’on the right-hand side of the employee’s name.

5. Select ‘Individual Compensation’.

6. Click on ‘+ Add’.

7. Select a ‘Plan’ and an ‘Option’.

Note: Complete the additional mandatory fields, as needed. Click ‘Show Plan Info’ for more details.

8. Select the ‘Start Date’ and enter the rate of pay in the ‘Amount’ field.

9. Click ‘OK’.

10. Click ‘Continue’.

11. Complete the ‘Comments and Attachments’ section, as needed.

12. Click ‘Submit’.
