Purpose/Rationale

1. Education Record

The Education Record (ER) provides an official record of all program components (passed, failed, withdrawn or repeated), all associated grades and any credential awarded.

Official ER’s are available upon request through the Learner Portal for a fee and include a seal and an authorized signature. Learners are required to pay all outstanding fees with the Real Estate Education Program Office prior to the release of an official ER.

Learners can obtain an unofficial ER, an education record without a seal or signature, through the Learner Portal without incurring a fee.
