As part of our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Program and in compliance with legislated requirements, all Humber managers are required to complete health and safety training, including training on workplace violence and harassment. This is in addition to the general employee health and safety training that must be completed.
The Act defines a supervisor as a person who has charge of a workplace or authority over a worker.

Please note that faculty employees or support staff who oversee students in a higher risk setting (e.g. industrial, chemical, or biological labs) can register for this training. We want to extend our duty of care to our students and ensure that employees have thorough and appropriate training.
