Human Rights & Harassment Training

The Ontario Human Rights Commission requires that all employers provide ongoing education and training on the organization’s human rights policy. All Humber employees (full-time, non-full-time, work-study) are required to update their knowledge of Humber’s Human Rights Policy and Complaint Resolution Procedures every two years.

To access the training module please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to learn.humber.ca 
2. Login (use your Humber username and password)
3. Click on the course title, "Human Rights and Harassment"
4. Complete the training
5. If you wish to have a certificate you can print it at the end of the training

Please plan to dedicate approximately 30 minutes to complete the module.
