The Ontario Human Rights Commission requires that all employers provide ongoing education and training on the organization’s human rights policy. All Humber employees (full-time, non-full-time, work-study) are required to update their knowledge of Humber’s Human Rights Policy and Complaint Resolution Procedures every two years.
