The Department of Public Safety would like to make the Humber College community aware of a Toronto Police investigation into two separate assault investigations, one being a sexual assault. Both incidents occurred near the Lakeshore campus on Tuesday March 28th, 2023.
- It is reported that at approximately 4:15 pm, a 33 year-old female was walking on Lakeshore Blvd W, west of Kipling Ave., where she was approached by a man and grabbed by her arm.
- It is further reported that at approximately 6:30pm, a 26 year-old female was walking on Lakeshore Blvd W, west of Kipling Ave. The survivor was approached by a man who grabbed her, committing a sexual assault.
Toronto Police are searching for a single suspect last seen walking westbound along Lakeshore Blvd W.
Suspect:
Male, dark complexion, brown eyes, late 40’s-ealy 50’s, 5’8” to 5’11”, slim build, no glasses, scabs on his nose, no visible scars or tattoos, facial hair-beard, no accent detected with a generally unkempt appearance.
Last seen wearing a dark toque-winter hat, plaid jacket (mustard yellow/brown/dark blue), dark blue pants-possible jeans, dark shoes, brown backpack-drooping on his back-not fully loaded.
The Department of Public Safety is assisting the Police with their investigation.
