To qualify for a refund the requestor must:

• apply in writing or in person within seven (7) days of purchase or
• the tenth day of classes at the start of a new semester

To qualify for a partial (for a month or multiple months) refund the requestor must:

• apply in writing or in person by the third (3) day of the month.
• partial refunds are prorated on a monthly basis
