After Hours Access Form

The After Hours pass is for students who want to work in a specific room outside of scheduled classes.  

Instructions for Program Coordinators is listed below:

  1. Log into My Humber (
  2. Click on Faculty and Advisor Services Tab
  3. Click on Faculty Tab
  4. Click on Summary Class List.
  5. Once summary class list is displayed, click on “export to CSV”
  6. Open CSV form and copy columns Student Name and ID
  7. Go to and fill out all fields
  8. Paste student names and numbers into “List of Approved Students” Field
  9. Click Submit.
