How to Access Study Materials for the Broker Qualifying Exam
The Broker Qualifying Exam is a requirement to getting started with the Real Estate Broker Program. Designed to test working knowledge on the key areas involved in the trading of real estate in Ontario and is three hours in duration. Study materials, in PDF format, will be available through the LMS upon successful registration for the examination.
To access study materials:
- Log in to the Learner Portal using your program username and password.
- Click the Broker Qualifying Exam in the My Current Courses list.
- Then, click on the "click here to access the course" link to access the LMS.
- Select the Broker Qualifying Exam on the LMS dashboard and then click start.
- Click on the References tab to access the study materials in PDF format.
