Content Support Desk Facilitators - Humber Polytechnic

Content Support Desk Facilitators (CSD)

Content Support Desk (CSD) facilitators are available from Monday to Saturday to help you with course content, concepts and/or topics. To contact Content Support Desk facilitators, please follow the instructions below:    

  1. Hours of Operation: 
    1. Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. and
    2. Saturdays 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  2. Call 416-675-5025; select option 6
  3. In the event a CSD facilitator is unavailable to take your call, please leave a voicemail message that includes: 
    1. Your name, learner ID#, and phone number
    2. What day/time you would prefer to have the facilitator return your call (if not immediately)
    3. The course/module/lesson/page number that your question(s) pertain to and a CSD facilitator will be in contact with you during CSD hours
