After the job posting closes, who arranges the interview with select candidates?
When a job posting closes, a Talent Acquisition Advisor will send an email informing the Hiring Manager/Delegate that they can now view the candidates. That email will include a link to the interview request form, which is to be completed and sent back to People(s) & Culture if the Hiring Manager/Delegate would like the department of People(s) & Culture to arrange the interview. Should the Hiring Manager/Delegate choose to conduct their own interview, which is sometimes the case, then they don’t need to complete the interview request form, but it is best practice to let their People(s) & Culture contact know that they will proceed with the interview process themselves and keep their People(s) & Culture contact informed.
