Does the system know the difference between a manager and an employee?

The HRMS is configured to acknowledge the access type based on the single sign-on ID. Each access type has different options and functionalities based on their level of access.

To access the single sign-on, please visit the People(s) & Culture website, hover over the HRMS menu item, and click on the HRMS Login button.
