Does the system capture specific on-call scenarios?
On-call is considered exception time and will be entered on to a time card as such. Please refer to your collective agreement regarding on-call and contact your HRBP for further clarification.
If applicable, the steps for entering On-Call hours are as follows – sign onto HRMS, using your single sign-on. Click on the Time and Absence icon. On the next screen, click on the pane on the righthand side and select Manage Time Cards. To create a new time card, click on the + sign. Once on the Create Time Card window, follow the regular steps, however, select On-Time in the Payroll Time Type dropdown.
