Does the HRMS capture specific on-call scenarios?
On-call is considered exception time and will be entered onto a time card as such. Please refer to your collective agreement regarding on-call and contact your Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for further clarification.
If applicable, follow these steps for entering On-Call hours:
- Sign into the HRMS, using your single sign-on.
- Click on the Time and Absence icon.
- On the next screen, click on the pane on the right-hand side and select Manage Time Cards.
- To create a new time card, click on the + (plus) sign.
- Once on the Create Time Card window, follow the regular steps, however, select On-Time in the Payroll Time Type dropdown.
