Who can help me get an ergonomic assessment of my workstation?

You can get help with an ergonomic assessment of your workstation by:

  1. Contacting your manager.
  2. Accessing the tools and tips to determine if your computer workstation is properly adjusted by visiting the Office Ergonomics page.
  3. Contacting healthandsafety@humber.ca to get further information or to discuss the type of ergonomic assessment that would work best for you.
