Do part-time employees receive pay for the holiday closure?

Part-time employees with an active contract will be paid for the statutory holidays based on the Employment Standards Calculation (Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day). The calculation is all regular wages, including vacation pay, in the four weeks prior to the statutory holiday divided by 20.
