Does the employee’s work schedule correspond with the schedule and hours in the HRMS?

Schedules are not managed on the HRMS and are created outside of the HRMS in consultation with the Manager. Since the scheduling of work hours is not on the HRMS, it is imperative that time cards are entered to specify hours worked. The scheduled hours on a time card of ‘37.5’ is the enterprise default schedule.
