Why did HROE implement the new HR Support Centre?

The Human Resource & Organizational Effectiveness (HROE) team wanted to create a seamless and efficient way to provide you with timely & up to date HR related information and best in class service. The HR Support Centre is able to provide timely responses and information whenever an employee contacts the Centre. This service also supports employees and managers with Human Resource Management System (HRMS) direct access functionality by providing a place where routine questions can be answered quickly.
