What is the Payroll Schedule?

The current Payroll Schedule can be found in the Payroll section of the People(s) & Culture website under Payroll Calendar.

Some information that is available on the Payroll Calendar includes:

• Deadlines for Managers to submit the completed contracts
• Deadlines for Employees to accept and eSign their contracts
• Deadlines for Absences/Leaves submissions
• Deadlines for Time Card Submission and Approval
• Deadlines to submit the Payment Authorization Form (PAF)
• Payslip Visibility and Deposit dates
