How do I find out about my health and safety obligations as a manager/employee?

To find out about safety requirements in your workplace:

  1. Ask your manager (if you’re an employee).
  2. Contact Health and Safety Services: healthandsafety@humber.ca.
  3. Consult the Occupational Health and Safety Act of Ontario.
  4. Attend Health and Safety training at Humber.
  5. Visit the Ontario Ministry of Labour website for further information on legal requirements.
