We have conducted interviews and selected the successful candidate. What are the next steps?

Once the interview process is complete and the successful candidate has been selected, the manager can create an offer and request approval from People(s) & Culture. People(s) & Culture will then review the offer, approve it and extend it to the candidate.

Note: Only People(s) & Culture extends offers to candidates. Managers and Delegates do not extend offers.
