Who should I select in the ‘Owners’ section on a requisition?

Recruiter: Select the name of the HR Generalist or HR Coordinator that supports your faculty/department.

 

Hiring Manager: Select the name of the hiring manager for the role. The hiring manager is the manager the job or position reports to.

 

HR Services: Select the name of the HR Business Partner that supports your faculty/department.

 

Department Administrator: Select the name of the hiring manager delegate who will be assisting with the recruitment process.

 

Frequent Collaborators: Use this field if you would like to add someone else from your faculty/department to view the requisition details (i.e. another manager or delegate).
