For vacations, does HRMS have seniority built-in to assist you with whom you give priority?

The HRMS is not built to show seniority with vacation requests. The system will not remove managerial responsibility to manage the team. Employees and managers will still have the necessary conversations. HRMS only changes how vacations are recorded and paid.
