What are the mandatory courses during onboarding?

During the onboarding journey, employees receive information about the mandatory training that needs to be completed through the HRMS. A downloadable checklist will provide you with information on how to access the training. The Occupational Health & Safety and Human Rights, Equity & Inclusion departments keep track of the completion of their respective training. For other training, we recommend employees ask their managers to whom they should send proof of completion. Some faculties keep their own records of completed training sessions.
