If an employee enters an extra day on the time card, does the HRMS provide a notification for the additional hours that are entered for the week?

Schedules are not managed on HRMS; therefore, the system will not flag deviations of the hours entered. Employees can enter hours worked, and managers will need to review and approve the hours that have been entered on the time cards.
