Can a candidate view their offer after they accept it?

During the offer acceptance process, candidates are provided with a PDF copy of their signed offer which they can save or print at this point. However, once they complete the offer acceptance process, they cannot go back to get a copy of their signed offer.  If they need a copy, they will need to contact their manager or HR.

As long as the manager or delegate was selected as an ‘owner’ on the requisition that the candidate was hired on, the manager or delegate can retrieve a copy of the signed offer by following the job aid for View a Signed Offer.

If the manager or delegate is unable to retrieve a copy of the signed offer, please contact the HR Support Centre.
