Can I see an employee’s previous offers on HRMS?

If an offer was created on the HRMS, managers and delegates, who were selected as ‘owners’ on the requisition for that offer, will be able to see the past offer. However, managers and delegates will not be able to see an employee’s past offer if they were not selected as an ‘owner’ on the requisition.

Managers and delegates should use the Assignment Search Report to see current contracts (this includes person type and hours) for all employees.

As long as the manager or delegate was selected as an ‘owner’ on the requisition that the candidate was hired on, the manager can retrieve a copy of the signed offer by following the knowledge article for Viewing a Signed Offer.
