How will HRMS calculate Meal Break time deductions?

If an employee works a full 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM workday – advise them that the system will auto-deduct 1 hour for a meal break.

However, when an employee only takes 30-minute meal breaks, then a manager should advise them to enter the following times: 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

If managers have other questions, escalate a ticket.
