Salary Life Change Event – Increase in Benefits Premiums

When a Full-time Employee’s salary increases, their Benefits Premiums also increases for Long Term Disability (LTD), Basic/Accidental Death & Dismemberment (ADD) and for their Supplementary Life Insurance benefits, as these benefits are calculated based on an individual’s salary amount.
