What is the definition of an Internal and an External Candidate?

Definition of an Internal Candidate:
Any employee with a current active contract or an active contract within the last 6 months. In Recruitment on HRMS, an internal candidate will have a ‘blue house’ icon beside their name.

Definition of an External Candidate:
A brand new employee or someone who has not had an active contract within the last 6 months. In Recruitment on HRMS, an external candidate will not have a ‘blue house’ icon beside their name.
