Where can I access an online version of my T4 statement?

To access an online version of your T4 statement you can securely obtain a copy from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) website and log in using CRA’s – My Account login credentials.

The T4 statements for a particular calendar year will be made available in the HRMS by the end of February of the following year (e.g. T4 statements for 2023 with be available by the end of February of 2024).
