Why does my “Begin of Academic Year” under “Employment History” have a start date of July 1, 2018?

Your Begin of Academic Year start date has no relevance to your true employment history at Humber College. This date is a check mark indicator for Human Resources use only, to source and validate data on all retired and new HR systems. This date should be ignored by employees.
